Anatoly (Tony) Gelfand is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development within the automotive lighting sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Grakon since July 2022, Anatoly previously held a similar role at Magna International, where responsibilities included leading concept design, providing engineering guidance to suppliers, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards. Prior to this, Anatoly gained valuable experience at 3M as a Senior Application Lighting Engineer, focusing on interior lighting systems, and at North American Lighting as a Senior Project Engineer, specializing in exterior lighting systems. Anatoly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Belarussian Polytechnic University, attained between 1982 and 1987.
