Scott van Bronswijk is an experienced professional in human resources and injury management, currently serving as the HR Delivery & Governance Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at GrainCorp since March 2012. With a strong background in managing workplace health and safety programs, workers compensation, and rehabilitation, Scott has led initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and compliance with regulatory standards across Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Scott holds trustee positions at The Ruth Marie Sampson Foundation and The Sparrow Foundation, and has previously worked at John Holland as the Regional Workers Compensation & Rehabilitation Coordinator and at Advanced Personnel Management as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
