Kelvin Josy is an experienced Business Systems Analyst currently employed at GrainCorp since September 2016, where responsibilities include providing application support for SAP BW/BO solutions, administering BMC Control-M for batch scheduling, and driving improvements in practices and governance. Previously, Kelvin served as a Business Support Analyst managing analytics solutions for approximately 1,700 internal users and also worked as a Service Desk Officer delivering operational support. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Desk Technician at Kinetic IT, providing technical assistance to Qantas. Kelvin holds a Master's degree in Engineering Studies and another in Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Calicut.
