Jason E. Dodier has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jason E. is currently the Co-Founder of GRAIN Ecosystem, a venture-backed business focused on carbon offset supply. Prior to this, they served as a Commercial Leader at Square D by Schneider Electric. In 2014, Dodier co-founded FountainHead RI, a platform for millennial leadership and sustainability. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Development at AlphaStruxure, overseeing the JFK New Terminal One Microgrid project. Dodier also has extensive experience with Schneider Electric, where they held roles such as Sales Leader, Global Business Development & Portfolio Integration Manager, Operations Manager, Enterprise Sales, and Market Strategist. Additionally, they served as the General Treasurer at The Green Grid Association and was a Steering Committee Member at Jarbly U. Overall, Dodier has a strong background in business development, sales, and sustainable energy projects.
Jason E. Dodier has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Additionally, they hold a degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on International Business from Bryant University. In terms of certifications, Jason has completed the Transforming Schneider Leadership Program from INSEAD Executive Education in November 2021. Jason E. is also a Certified Sustainable Value Professional from the Rhode Island Society of CPAs, having obtained the certification in March 2016. Furthermore, they have completed the Schneider Electric Global LEAP (Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program) and holds certifications as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, earned in August 2012 and July 2012, respectively. Lastly, Jason obtained a Professional Certificate in Sustainable Value from the Rhode Island Society of CPAs in March 2016.
