Pete Oram, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the agriculture industry. Pete is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Grain Discovery since September 2021, where they oversee the operational aspects of the company. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Grain Discovery from April 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Grain Discovery, Pete worked at Sollio Agriculture as an Origination Supervisor from November 2018 to April 2020, where they supervised and managed the origination process.

Prior to that, Pete spent several years at Cargill, where they held various roles. Pete served as a Sales Leader from August 2015 to November 2018, where they coached and led a sales and consulting team, focusing on providing exceptional customer experiences. Pete started their career at Cargill as an Operations Manager Trainee from May 2010 to February 2011 and later served as an Assistant Manager from March 2011 to January 2012.

Pete Oram, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Guelph in 2010. Pete then pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Executive Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management between 2015 and 2017.
