Wendy Strait has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Wendy began their career as an Assistant Squash Coach at St. Lawrence University in 2003. Wendy then worked as an Office Manager at Dr. Steven Bilon, OD, from June 2004 to July 2005. Afterwards, they served as a Practice Manager at Connecticut Multispecialty Group from August 2005 to July 2006.
In 2007, Wendy pursued an MBA and worked as an MBA Candidate and Intern at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center from January 2007 to April 2008.
Wendy joined The Advisory Board Company in May 2008 as a Senior Associate/Associate Director until December 2011. From January 2011 to February 2013, they held the position of Director at the same company. Wendy continued to progress, becoming a Senior Director from March 2013 to October 2016.
Wendy then moved to GetWellNetwork, where they served as the VP of Client Services from October 2016 to June 2019.
In November 2019, they joined Quartet Health as the Head of Market Growth & Operations, a role they held until November 2020. Wendy then became the SVP of Market and Customer Operations at Quartet Health from November 2020 to October 2021.
Wendy took on the role of Mom & "Chief Growth Officer" to their new baby while being self-employed from October 2021 onwards.
