Ben McWilliams is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at Graham Engineering Corporation since January 2022. Ben specializes in designing custom control systems and power panels for plastic extrusion and blow molding processes, including custom PLC and HMI software. Prior experience includes an internship at CNH Industrial, where Ben tested failed components and developed a searchable library for linear actuators and electric motors, as well as a role at Boeing providing support for electrical harness design. Additional experience includes general labor in RV repair and customer service at Ace Hardware Corporation. Ben holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and previously studied electrical engineering at Penn State York.
