Andrew Renacci serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at GrafTech International Ltd. since April 2021, providing legal guidance on M&A, corporate governance, executive compensation, ESG, and securities regulations for a leading manufacturer in the graphite electrode industry. Prior to this role, Renacci was a Senior Associate at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP from September 2012 to March 2021, where expertise was focused on corporate acquisitions, governance, and securities matters for various companies, including due diligence for media acquisitions and preparing regulatory filings. Renacci began a legal career as a Law Clerk at The Sherwin-Williams Company, producing legal memoranda and warranty agreements. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Michigan.
