Luis Gustavo Ferreira has extensive experience in strategic planning and sales analysis, currently serving as a Strategic Planner at Grafeno since January 2021. Luis's career began as a Sales Development Representative and later as an Inbound Sales Representative at iugu, focusing on lead generation and project alignment with client objectives. Additionally, from January 2016 to December 2017, Luis worked as a Customer Service Analyst at ELLO LOGISTICA LTDA, aiding in document development and customer support.
