Ben Blayney is the People Business Partner at Grafana Labs. Ben has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on analytics and employee success.

Ben began their career in 2007 as a Resourcing Advisor for Gifford Ltd. Ben then spent a year in industry before joining Britten-Norman as an HR Representative. In 2010, they joined Thomson Keene Associates as a Resource Consultant.

In 2011, Ben began working for the Church of England as an Appointments Support Officer (Maternity Cover). Ben then joined Smiths Group plc as an HR Analytics Manager in 2012. In 2018, they left Smiths Group to join Tableau Software as an Employee Success Business Partner and Manager.

Ben has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and is passionate about helping employees succeed. Ben is currently enjoying working at Grafana Labs and is looking forward to continued success in their career.

Ben Blayney graduated from Aston University with a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management.
