Larry Witzling is a Principal at GRAEF, where Larry has been working since December 2008. Prior to that, Larry was the President at Planning and Design Institute (PDI) from August 1988 to December 2008. Larry served as a Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Department of Architecture from September 1972 to December 2015, teaching Urban Design and Planning. Larry holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
