Brent Stephens has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Brent is currently the Director of Marketing at Grady Management, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Marketing Director/Mid-Atlantic at Lincoln Property Company from 2018 to 2021. From 2015 to 2018, Brent worked as the Regional Sales & Marketing Supervisor at ROSS Companies. Brent previously held the role of Director of Advertising & Corporate Communications at ROSS Companies from 2008 to 2013, where they developed advertising and marketing campaigns, managed media strategy, and oversaw promotional activities. Before that, Brent worked as an Account Executive at Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group and Hammer Communications, and as a Brand Analyst at TMP Worldwide (Monster Worldwide). Brent has a strong background in campaign management, branding, and media planning.

Brent Stephens completed their Master of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Point Park University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Shepherd University, graduating in 2002.
