Yan Fu, Ph.D., is a seasoned psychometrician currently employed by the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) since June 2018, where responsibilities include calibration, scoring, and equating for various GMAC products. Previously, Yan Fu served as an Associate Psychometrician at GMAC™, and gained experience as a Psychometric Intern at The College Board, where contributions included writing standard setting reports and assisting the psychometric team. Yan Fu's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Research Methods, Measurement, and Evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, complemented by a Master’s Degree in the same field and a Master of Arts in General Psychology. Additional experience encompasses research assistance and teaching roles at multiple academic institutions.
