Cynthia Alva is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing operations across various organizations. Currently a Marketing Consultant at Net Impact since July 2023, Cynthia leads cause marketing campaigns and has spearheaded the transition to HubSpot CMS to enhance campaign performance. Previously, at the Graduate Management Admission Councilâ„¢ (GMACâ„¢) since March 2001, Cynthia held multiple roles, including Marketing Operations Senior Manager, where strategic advancements in marketing automation and lead delivery mechanisms were implemented. Cynthia also contributed to significant demand generation efforts at CARFAX and directed marketing automation strategies at Deque Systems, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from George Mason University.
