Ashish Bhardwaj, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market development and higher education. Since December 2009, Ashish has served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Market Development at the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™), leading initiatives to enhance global relationships with business schools and facilitate access to quality graduate business education. Prior roles at GMAC include Vice President for Asia Pacific and Regional Director for South Asia, where Ashish was instrumental in expanding the organization’s presence in over 30 markets. Previous positions include senior leadership roles at Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors and CitiFinancial Consumer Finance Limited, and a foundational role in India's first eLearning company, eGurucool.com. Ashish holds a PhD in Business from Singapore Management University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the University of Delhi.
