Michael Concannon, CTA has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Sales at Graduate Hotels, where they have been working since April 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as the Assistant Director of Sales at the same company from December 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Graduate Hotels, Michael worked at Grand Hotel for eight years, starting in November 2013. During their time there, they held various roles, including Sales Manager from November 2017 to November 2021, Convention Manager from November 2014 to November 2017, Assistant Front Desk Manager from November 2013 to November 2014, and Assistant Manager of Guest Relations from April 2013 to November 2013.

Michael's career in the hospitality industry started at Grand Valley State University, where they worked as a Sports Marketing Intern from August 2011 to April 2012. Michael later served as the Co-Director of the ooVoo Champion Project from February 2012 to December 2012.

Michael Concannon, CTA received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Grand Valley State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Michael Concannon also obtained the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) certification from the Greater Lansing Convention & Visitors Bureau in February 2022.
