Previously, they worked at Nestl¨¦ Skin Health, where they held multiple positions including Quality Control Manager, Design Expert for Raw Materials, and Process Design Engineer. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Material Research and Engineering, and as a PhD Student at BASF. Martin'swork experience showcases their expertise in various fields including production management, quality control, design, and research.

Martin Karlsson attended Uppsala University from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physical Chemistry.
