Bianca Day is an experienced professional in event production and casting, currently serving as an Experiential Production Coordinator at GRADIENT since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing experiential marketing events for high-profile clients such as Prada and Cartier. Prior experience includes a role as Casting Director for VALLEY Magazine, overseeing model casting for a major print issue, and serving as a Casting Associate for Mountain Language at Penn State University. Bianca also has a background in studio management at Highline Stages, performance internship at Playhouse on Park, and various production and casting internships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Penn State University and a minor in Film and Media, alongside training at the Theater Academy of London.
