Doug Tallmadge is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gradial, where Doug focuses on marketing and sales ops. Prior to founding Gradial, Doug worked at SpaceX in various roles, including Lead Satellite Simulation Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and Radiation Effects Engineer. Doug also has experience as an Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates and as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Dartmouth College.
