Vlad Stepanov currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Head of Experiments at Gradarius since November 2023. Previously, Vlad held multiple leadership roles at Yandex from February 2017 to March 2023, including Head of Product for IT Education for Schools, where significant growth was achieved in the Yandex Schoolbook product, and CTO of Yandex.Schoolbook, overseeing a substantial engineering team. Early career experiences involved full-stack development at Pelican Software and a progression from intern to team leader at Yandex, focusing on backend development and content automation. Vlad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Higher School of Economics.
