Zero Zhu has a extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, logistics, and supply chain management. From 2004 to 2015, Zero held positions such as Assistant Warehouse Manager at Day & Night Supermarket, Supply Chain Flow & Demand Supervisor at Metro Cash and Carry, Supply Chain Consultant at Schneider National, RTM Project Manager at Unilever, Acting Logistics Head of E-commerce and Supply Chain Management & Logistics Integration Manager at Metro Cash and Carry, and Head of Customer Solutions, Asia at CHEP. Currently, Zero is working as the Director of Operations, Asia Pacific at Graco.

Zero Zhu received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Nanjing University from 1998 to 2002. Zero went on to pursue a Master's degree in Logistics Management from the University of Sydney from 2004 to 2005.
