Wendy Townsley - Brown is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at both Graco and White Knight Fluid Handling, Inc. since November 2022. Prior roles include National Human Resources Manager at Embark Behavioral Health and various HR positions at Potomac Programs and InnerChange, where significant contributions included collaboration on a worker’s compensation coding guide and compliance coordination with state laws. Wendy also served as Outcomes Administrator at The Oakley School, focusing on data management and incident reporting, and volunteered as an Olympic News Service Flash Quote Reporter during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Brockport and additional qualifications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
