Hal Blank began their work experience in 2000 as an Orthopaedic Physician Assistant and Surgical Assistant at Methodist Sports Medicine/ The Orthopedic Specialist. In 2006, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Grace on Wings, Inc, a non-profit public charity organization that provides charity air ambulance services. Hal remains in this role.

Hal Blank attended the Academy of Medical & Health Science from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. Hal also holds additional certifications, including a Commercial Pilot certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration and an Orthopaedic Physician Assistant certification from the National Board for Certification of Orthopedic Physician Assistants.
