Loretta Britton Allen has extensive experience in senior living operations, holding numerous leadership positions as Regional Director of Operations at multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Grace Management, Inc. since October 2019, Loretta has previously contributed to the success of Legend Senior Livingā„¢ in similar roles from June 2016 to September 2019 and from March 2006 to May 2013. Additionally, Loretta worked at Brookdale from 2013 to May 2016 and began as an Executive Director at Aegis Living from 2003 to 2006.
