Natalie Gadischkie is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a robust background in developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Grace Loves Lace since July 2020, Natalie leads initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance employee engagement across global operations. Prior to this, Natalie held various roles at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific from 2012 to 2020, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent and Culture Specialist, where focus was placed on expanding the company's Hotel Group and Vacation Ownership operations in South East Asia. Natalie's career began at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific in 2012 and included roles in administration and HR coordination. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management and Event Management from Griffith University.
