Robert McAllen is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in the technology and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Grace Hill since January 2025, Robert previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Ethoca, where successful strategies for Mastercard cyber and intelligence solutions were implemented. With a decade of leadership at Blackbaud, Robert managed a significant product portfolio for non-profit and higher education clients and played key roles in various managerial capacities, including Senior Product Manager for European markets. In addition to a strong professional background, Robert founded the Cumbernauld House Trust, focusing on built heritage and arts in the community. Robert holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Communications from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HND in Communications from Reid Kerr College.
