Chelsea Thatcher serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Grace Farms Foundation since January 2016, previously holding roles as Chief Advancement Officer, Creative Director, and Chief Marketing Officer. In these positions, Chelsea established the visual brand, built the marketing department, and managed diverse initiatives including strategic partnerships, fundraising, and architectural tours, which attracted over 6,000 participants. Chelsea co-led the Design for Freedom movement aimed at eradicating forced labor in building materials and developed a communications and marketing strategy for various high-profile events. Prior experience includes founding Chelsea Print & Publishing, focusing on culturally relevant publications and storytelling, and serving as a consultant for the communications strategy at Grace Farms Foundation. Chelsea also had a brief tenure at Condé Nast's Women's Wear Daily.
