Shelly DeGrate, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Industry Strategy Director at Grace Technologies since March 2022. Prior to this role, Shelly held various positions at Powell from June 2006 to March 2022, including Corporate Product Line Manager and Business Development & Products Manager for Intelligent Devices, where responsibilities included identifying global business opportunities and developing sales and marketing product strategies. Shelly also managed sales and marketing for the Powell Automation Division, specializing in intelligent electronic devices and SCADA systems. Earlier in their career, Shelly was the Owner/Sole Proprietor of System Integrators of Texas from 1992 to 2006, focusing on energy analysis and conservation projects in collaboration with Texas A&M University. Shelly holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston.
