Nikki VenHorst is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a strong background in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing and Customer Success Manager at Grace Technologies since February 2017, Nikki plays a key role in managing website and eCommerce operations, as well as developing lead generation strategies. Prior to this, extensive experience was gained at Group O, where as Executive Director of Business Development, Nikki focused on client acquisition and relationship management, alongside participation in community initiatives. Additional roles include Project Manager for business development at Group O, Wireless Sales Consultant at iWireless, and Store Manager for Wireless Central. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa, complemented by an Associate's degree from Scott Community College.
