Emilia von Keyserlingk is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in digital operations and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Founder of Pepper since July 2021, Emilia is also involved with On Deck as part of the On Deck Founders Fellowship 11 and supports female entrepreneurship through Grace. Prior to founding Pepper, Emilia held positions at PwC Deutschland as a Senior Consultant in Digital Operations and began their career at Accenture as an Analyst. Additional experience includes roles at the United Nations, Technische Universität München, and various firms in academic and practical settings. Emilia holds a Master of Science in TUM WITEC and pursued an MBA semester at Beijing Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in TUM BWL from the Technical University of Munich.
