Angelika Marek currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Mimecast since October 2023, while also contributing to CS Insider and mentoring in customer success since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Lead Digital Customer Success Manager and Digital Customer Success Manager at Bazaarvoice from June 2021 to September 2023, and various marketing positions at CIPD from August 2017 to June 2021. Angelika has a strong foundation in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Executive and Coordinator, as well as a Marketing Assistant at 3 Wise Bears Ltd. and additional customer service experience at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Angelika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with Marketing from the University of West London, earned between 2013 and 2016.
