Isaac Martin is the VP of Engineering at Grabyo. Isaac has over 10 years of experience in the software industry and has worked with some of the largest companies in the world. Isaac began their career as a software developer with Telefónica, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. Isaac then moved to Orca Digital, where they worked as a software engineer for two years. In 2010, they joined ShowCaster, a startup that was working on a new platform for broadcasters to deliver their video content to desktop and mobile devices. Isaac led the implementation of the ShowCaster platform from scratch to production on a cloud-based environment. The platform allowed broadcasters to deliver their video content to desktop and mobile clients and increase the audience engagement by including social chat and interactive polls around the content. Isaac also architected the high throughput chat service to allow integration with social networks Twitter and Facebook for message ingestion whilst remaining cost effective. Isaac also architected the multi protocol LIVE streaming infrastructure to ensure the video streams were recorded and successfully delivered to the viewers. Isaac implemented the load test system to secure the scalability and reliability of the ShowCaster platform. In 2012, they left ShowCaster to join Grabyo as VP of Engineering.
