Alexander Stepanov has worked as a Marketing Project Manager at Grabr since September 2019. Prior to that, from May 2016 to September 2019, Alexander was the Head of the Logistics Department at BALTZER Auction Agency and Services.

Alexander Stepanov obtained a Bachelor's degree in logistics from the Higher School of Economics from 2009 to 2013. Alexander then pursued a Master's degree in logistics from the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they also obtained a Master's degree in logistics from bbw Hochschule from 2014 to 2015. Stepanov received various certifications including a Degree Certificate from both bbw Hochschule and the National Research University — Higher School of Economics in 2015, and a Degree Certificate from the National Research University — Higher School of Economics in 2013.
