Joonho Syn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Grabango since September 2018, Joonho has successfully led the migration of configuration management systems, developed multiple Ansible playbooks, and architected a comprehensive monitoring stack utilizing Prometheus and Grafana. Prior to Grabango, Joonho held various positions at A9.com from September 2007 to May 2018, including IT Manager, where leadership resulted in team expansion, and IT Team Lead, overseeing networking infrastructure for over 650 employees. Joonho's career began at Infoblox Inc. as a Systems Administrator from March 2004 to September 2007, focusing on training environments and network administration. Joonho holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
