Yu-Chi Tan is an experienced product designer currently working at Snapask since June 2021. Prior to this role, Yu-Chi served as a UI/UX designer at BotBonnie Inc. from March 2020 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading the end-to-end product design process and designing over 20 new features for a chatbot design platform. Yu-Chi has also gained valuable experience as a product intern at PicCollage, contributing to the product management process for a widely used photo editing app. Previous roles include a UX design internship at Junyi Academy, where Yu-Chi developed web interactions and conducted user research, and an internship at the Public Digital Innovation Space, focused on enhancing the usability of government websites. Yu-Chi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from National Cheng Kung University and participated in an exchange program in Industrial Design at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
