Winston Tan is a Corporate Development Senior Associate at Grab, specializing in M&A, Capital Markets, and Corporate Ventures since October 2024. Previously, Winston worked as an Investments Senior Analyst at Openspace, focusing on early to growth stage consumer and technology investments in Southeast Asia. Prior experience also includes a role as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Citi, concentrated on M&A and Capital Markets across various sectors including Consumer, Financials, and Transport & Logistics. Winston served in the Singapore Army as Deputy Officer Commanding with the 39 Singapore Combat Engineers, achieving accolades such as Sword of Honour graduate and Honour graduate from the Engineer Officer Advanced Course. Academically, Winston holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University and completed GCSE A Levels at Hwa Chong Institution.
