Victor Cortez is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing applications and improving software performance. Currently employed at GPS TrackIt since 2017, Victor has created user interfaces for database migration tools, developed an Android GPS app, and contributed to analytic tools for application optimization. Prior to this, Victor worked at Dynamic Vision Inc., focusing on a CMS web application rebuild and data migration processes, and also created dashboards for mobile device management. Earlier experience includes web development at JPNC Media and web design at Ajusa, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts specializing in Web Design from Platt College-San Diego.
