Mario Yáñez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, as CEO and Partner at GPS Chile S.A. since 2016, Mario focuses on revitalizing the company's performance following years of decline. Previously, in the role of Executive Director at EY from 2013 to 2016, Mario drove organizational change toward customer-centric practices. As Sales & Marketing Senior Director at CHEP - Brambles from 2006 to 2013, Mario restructured the sales and marketing organization to enhance performance. Earlier positions include Retail Operation Manager at Shell, where Mario managed joint venture negotiations and implementation, and Procurement Manager at McDonald's, overseeing supplier management. Mario's career began as an Entrepreneur at MY Nuts, successfully establishing and selling a food business. Mario holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
