Rosh R. began working as a Machine Learning and Data Engineering Fellow at Data Science Dojo in July 2018. In March 2019, Rosh joined Springboard as a Data Scientist Fellow and remained in that role until October 2020. During this time, Rosh gained experience in creating machine learning models and using mathematical algorithms such as the Levenshtein distance algorithm and XGBoost. In September 2020, Rosh started working as a Data Scientist at GPN Technologies, where they utilized various tools and technologies including Python, Pyspark, SQL, Azure Databricks notebooks, and AutoML to implement computer models into production. Rosh also has experience working as an Independent Contractor (Optometrist) at Costco Wholesale from December 2016 to November 2019. Prior to that, Rosh worked at Kaplan as a Consultant, Academic Mentor, and Educator from July 2016 to October 2022.

Rosh R.'s education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Loyola University Chicago and a Doctorate in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. Additionally, Rosh obtained a Project Management Certificate/CAPM from Bellevue College in 2009.

Apart from formal education, Rosh has also obtained multiple certifications in various fields. These certifications include Advanced Python, Machine Learning with Python (Logistic Regression, k-Means Clustering, Foundations), Advanced NLP with Python for Machine Learning, Machine Learning Pipelines with Azure ML Studio, Predictive Modeling with Azure Machine Learning Studio, Data Manipulation with pandas, Writing Efficient Python Code, Introduction to Tableau, Python for Finance, Image Classification with CNNs using Keras, Joining Data in SQL, Modernizing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses with GCP, AI Fundamentals, Building Batch Data Pipelines on GCP, Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals for AWS Professionals, Intro to SQL Server, and Introduction to R. These certifications were obtained through institutions such as LinkedIn, Coursera, and DataCamp, with the most recent certification obtained in January 2023.
