Fritz Truax has a long and impressive work history in finance and leadership roles. Fritz began their career in 1981 as a Finance Director at G. Heileman Brewing Company, where they stayed for 15 years. In 1996, they moved to Stroh Brewery and served as their Finance Director for two years. Then, in 1998, Fritz joined Gillette Pepsi-Cola Companies, initially as the CEO and later becoming the Executive Vice President in 2022.

Fritz Truax attended G-E-T High School from 1974 to 1977. Fritz then went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, but it is not clear when they started or ended their time there, and the degree and field of study are unknown.
