Katelyn Tischler has extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at GPA since October 2013, where previous roles included Manager of the Project Management Office and PMO Coordinator/Marketing Lead. Katelyn also has experience in user interface design. In 2018, Katelyn worked as a Medical Receptionist at Appomattox River Medical, responsible for welcoming patients and optimizing their satisfaction by managing appointment scheduling.
