Cathy Palochko serves as GP Strategies’ global lead to the automotive industry. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of wholesale and retail operations (including traditional and next-generation dealership sales and aftersales processes), she is committed to helping clients modernize the retail experience. Prior to joining GP in 2007, Cathy served in various training and development roles focused on computing, workforce automation, and process improvement, and she spent 10 years serving as director of development & training for a multi-line dealer group. A passionate advocate for the opportunities that automotive retail careers offer, Cathy has a strong personal commitment to improving the perception of the industry and the reputation of its leaders and workers.
