Jade Heathman has held various roles in customer experience management, business support, and administration over the years. With experience at Gozney as Head of Customer Experience and Hordle Primary School as an Admin Assistant, Jade's expertise in customer support and business operations is evident. Prior to these roles, Jade also worked as a Shift Leader and Maestro at CAFFE NERO AMERICAS LTD. Jade obtained education from Brockenhurst College and Highcliffe Secondary School.
