Jay Pena has over 16 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as an Application Analyst and Senior IT Technician at Gowan Company since January 2007. Prior to that, Jay held the position of Network Engineer at Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP for one year. Jay began the career as a Computer Technician at Wrigley, where employment lasted from June 2003 to September 2005, which provided foundational technical skills leading to further roles in network engineering and IT support.
