Natalie Klapper has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie co-founded Volition in 2020 and served as the Head of Product. Prior to that, they took a sabbatical from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2019, Natalie worked at Plethora, where they first served as the Head of Product, leading product and design teams and achieving significant revenue growth. Natalie then became the Product Line Manager for Customer Experience and played a key role in building a Product Manager team. As the first Product Manager hire for the company, Natalie managed various projects, including a rebranding and a web platform launch.

Earlier in their career, Natalie worked at Edmodo from 2012 to 2016, where they held multiple roles. As a Product Manager, they led strategy and development for a wide range of products and managed enterprise solutions and classroom tools. Natalie also worked as a Project Manager, leading an initiative in Singapore to develop a comprehensive proposal for the Ministry of Education. Additionally, Natalie served as a Product Specialist, improving internal communication and contributing to the development of new features. Natalie started their career as a Teacher Advocate, gaining insights into user experiences and serving as a liaison between users, product, and engineering teams.

Before Edmodo, Natalie gained experience as a Product & Marketing Intern at Splurgy in 2012, where they implemented product changes, evaluated user experience, and wrote content. Natalie also worked as a Marketing Intern at CoverHound, Inc. in 2011, where they gained insights into various aspects of the business and contributed to marketing efforts. In the same year, Natalie also worked as a Product & Marketing Intern at ShopNear.me, where they collaborated directly with the founder and focused on content management and social media strategy.
