Vincent Quinteros, PMP, currently serves as Deputy Program Manager and Senior Management Analyst at GovCIO since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as SIGINT/EW Chief at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and Chief Of Operations at the National Security Agency from July 2018 to October 2020. Vincent held the position of Foreign Language Policy Subject Matter Expert at Headquarters- US Marine Corps from July 2016 to July 2018, and served as Operations Chief in the United States Marine Corps from July 2013 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, Vincent worked as a Project Support Officer at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from July 2009 to July 2013.
