Jen Peiler is a seasoned publishing and graphic design professional with extensive experience in technical support and communication design. Currently serving as the Publishing Technical Support Manager at GovCIO since November 2022, Jen previously held roles including Multimedia/Graphic Designer and Communication Designer at Ashburn Village Community Association, where responsibilities included community outreach and communication strategy. Prior to that, Jen worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at CSRA Inc and as a Graphic Designer at the US Government Accountability Office, specializing in publishing processes and technical support. Jen's career also includes freelance graphic design for Chelsea House Publishers and various production artist roles across multiple agencies in the print and advertising sectors. Jen holds a BA in German Language and Literature from Smith College and additional certifications in web development and Green IT.
