Jed Dearborn has a diverse range of work experience in the legal and energy sectors. Jed began their career as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce's Office of General Counsel. Jed then transitioned to the private sector, working as an Associate at Bruder, Gentile & Marcoux and later at Schiff Hardin LLP, specializing in energy and public utilities. During this time, they represented electric and gas utility clients in regulatory proceedings and federal power customers before Congress. After their time in private practice, Jed served as Energy Counsel for United States Senator John Barrasso. From there, they moved on to the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy & Natural Resources, where they worked as a Senior Counsel. Most recently, Jed joined Cassidy & Associates as a Senior Vice President, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field.
Jed Dearborn attended Western Reserve Academy for an unknown period of time. Jed then went on to receive their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vanderbilt University between 2003 and 2007. Jed later pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law from The George Washington University Law School from 2008 to 2011.
