Slavica Grkovska currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Good Governance Policies for the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia since January 2022. Previously, Slavica held the position of Senior System Analyst at the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Macedonia from May 2021 to January 2022. Between March 2015 and March 2021, Slavica was the HR Coordinator for Belgium, Indonesia, and Macedonia, as well as HR Manager at Vox Teneo. In addition, Slavica served as CAO and HR Officer at Ein Sof from 2013 to 2014, responsible for managing company operations and HR policies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Member of Parliament and teaching assistant in mathematics at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius from 2002 to 2011, and conducting referral research at the National University Library in Skopje from 1993 to 1995. Slavica holds a Master of Mathematical Sciences in Mathematics from the University of Skopje and a Certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School, completed in 2007.
