Ognen Graorkovski is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in consulting and management. Currently serving as the State Adviser for Human Resources in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia since January 2015, Graorkovski specializes in policy development, human resources management, and training for administrative staff. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Specialist for Human Resources at ProCredit Bank Macedonia, where Graorkovski managed large-scale recruitment efforts and partnered with academic institutions to attract talent. Additionally, Graorkovski began the career as a Loan Officer, focusing on client relations and financial analysis. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics, University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius," and a certificate from the ProCredit Academy for middle management training.
